Membership includes daily guided meditations, podcasts, access to 1-on-1 coaching (additional costs), and monthly 4-hour retreats!

Nashville POC Sangha

Through teachings, practice, and community, the Nashville POC Sangha (pronounced “song-ga” meaning spiritual community in Sanskrit) is a gathering where self-identified people of color are invited to meditate together and hold space for whatever is coming up in our practice and in our lives.

Monthly online (Zoom) gathering on the first Thursday of the month. Typical sessions include introductions, guided meditation, and mindful dialogue. No meditation experience is needed and no need to be in Nashville! Free and donation-based. Sign up for our newsletter to receive the zoom link.
