Join Chakra Shay for an intentional space of grounding and meditation at this Saturday's Sound Healing Session. ✨ Restore peace and alignment with an hour of sound bowl meditation at the Pruitt Public Library. As we approach new seasons and begin new semesters this is an opportunity to sit with yourself. This is a free session for the entire family.
