—— What We Offer

Clinical services built for your journey

Every service we offer is designed around the real needs of Black Tennesseans — not around what's convenient for a system that was never built for us.

1. Therapy Referrals to Black Therapists in TN

Not everyone will be the right fit — and that's okay. We maintain a network of vetted Black therapists across Tennessee to connect you with someone who truly understands your experience.

2. Case Management & Check-ins

Shared healing in community. Our group therapy sessions create space for people facing similar experiences to heal together — reducing isolation, building connection.

4. Group Therapy

We don't just treat symptoms — we change the conditions. Health justice advocacy, tobacco/menthol regulation, community health research, and coalition building.

5. Medication Management

In partnership with Blue Sage Wellness, BMHV clients can access psychiatric medication management — integrating clinical and pharmacological care in one culturally responsive ecosystem.

Healing doesn't happen in isolation. The Clinical Department works in concert with every other department in the village — because your mental health is connected to your community, your rights, and your story.
