Meditation

Meditation serves as a potent resource for enhancing your mental health. It aids in lowering stress levels, sharpening focus, and boosting overall well-being. Nashville POC Sangha

Through teachings, practice, and community, the Nashville POC Sangha

pronounced “song-ga”

[spiritual community in Sanskrit] is a gathering where self-identified people of color are invited to meditate together and hold space for whatever is coming up in our practice and in our lives.

We have Monthly online sessions on the first Thursday of the month, on Zoom.

Typical sessions include introductions, guided meditation, and mindful dialogue. No meditation experience is needed and no need to be in Nashville! Free and donation-based. Sign up for our newsletter to receive the zoom link.

Yoga With Ashley!

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to find healing and inner peace through the practice of yoga. However, we also understand that the world of wellness can often be exclusive and centered around a narrow definition of what it means to be healthy.

That's why we are dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming space for all bodies, but especially for Black people. Join us for Yoga with Ashley!
